Website said 7:10 collection. Came in at about 7:15 and told it would be 5–10 mins. Didn’t receive till about 7:37. The server was very apologetic and of course not their fault. But why ask for me to be there so early when the food won’t be ready? I do not mind waiting longer, just please have more accurate timings for collection so I am not wasting my time waiting. Otherwise food was good.

Staff were lovely when I went in to collect food. I had chicken pesto pasta and garlic bread. Garlic bread resembled some toasted warbutons bread (but a bigger version) bizarre and wouldn’t order this again as can get nicer from a supermarket…pesto pasta was very average defo needs something added to it. Can tell it’s just pre cooked plain chicken added to pasta and pesto. Could have cooked the same myself. Would also be nice to be able to pick the pasta used (it comes as penne but doesn’t say this on the order site and I wouldn’t usually order a penne pasta) but I suppose you can’t do this if it’s all batch and pre cooked which it seems like.

I was not happy you need to pay in cash if you collect your order. This is something that should be looked at . The food was all good apart from that

Beautiful food no complaints

Waited 2 hours for food..tried to call and had to leave a voicemail. Contacted the ordering app and they said they got in touch with the restaurant and were told there was an issue and that's why it was late. Wish they could have got in touch to let me know. My guess is they were really busy and rather than say that they are busy and there would be a delay on the food, they just kept the order. When the food came, no apologies or anything. Cannot fault the food though. Outstanding. But next time if I'm hungry when ordering, I'll probably order from somewhere else.

Ordered a meal on the restaurant's own website and was given a delivery time of 40mins, which was perfectly acceptable, but in reality it took in excess of 2 hours for our food to be delivered. I did chase the delivery several times and was met with apathy from the restaurant staff, which only added to my frustrations. I have had a few unfortunate experiences with this restaurant now and I can only think it is just because you are overstretched doing sit ins, takeaway, delivery and just eat, when you don't have the facilities or staffing capabilities to cope with it all. The food is lovely but I won't be dining with, or ordering from, you again.
